Registration Policies
|
- Registrations may not be withdrawn once submitted for Musicfest.
- Please note that parents cannot request times or day for their sons or daughters to perform.
- Conflicts marked at the time of registration will be observed when scheduling, however competition times outside of conflicting dates are not guaranteed.
- Students will be competing during an allotted time slot (approximately 1.5 hours)
- Once registered for a specific category, students may not change from one category/instrument to another.
- The Musicfest Committee will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs requests, however they cannot be guaranteed.
- Students will be charged a $15 late fee for registrations submitted after the deadline date.

Refund Policies
|
- No refunds are granted to students who fail to appear for their scheduled competition.
- Students who register for Musicfest and are subsequently unable to attend will not be eligible for a refund except for medical emergencies.
- For medical emergencies, candidates must submit a doctor's letter/note, on official letterhead, signed and dated by the doctor.
